Customer Service Representative

Oxnard Distribution company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle product orders and concerns.

Job Duties:

  • Work with potential and current customers by providing product and service questions and potentially suggesting additional information
  • Assist in maintaining updated and accurate account/customer contact information
  • Handle incoming calls/emails from prospective customers
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint and determining the cause of the problem
  • Initiate required actions for response to customer service requests for order changes
  • Oversee a designated territory and work to build customer relationships
  • Assist with sales team as needed and quote with projects and potential orders


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience and/or training
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook


Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
